EDQ has launched a Registrations of Interest (ROI) process for two distinct development opportunities in Meadowbrook, Logan. The first opportunity, available to eligible Community Housing Providers (CHPs), involves acquiring a 0.48-hectare site for the development of social and affordable housing, with government support accessible to assist in the project. The second opportunity offers the chance to purchase up to 3 hectares of residential-enabled land for future development purposes.
EDQ intends to appoint either a single proponent for both opportunities or separate proponents for each, based on the outcomes of a subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Interested parties are encouraged to register their interest to participate in the RFP process, which closes on Friday, 13 June 2025. Primary Advisory has been engaged as the transaction advisors for this initiative.
